Healing Circle Entertainment

The Healing Circle started in the mind of Director and Creator, Roneasha "Nzinga" Bell.  After years of singing in nightclubs and performing in musicals, she decided she wanted to use her gift to inspire change. In 2000 The Healing Theater Company was formed in New York City. The company produced plays that were compelling, cutting edge, and spiritually uplifting.  In 2002, Nzinga wrote, produced, and directed her very first Off-Broadway Production, Khepera: The Evolution of Woman. She then formed Healing Circle Cultural Arts, an organization that produces projects for women, children, and communities.  One project,Theatrapy Annual Women's Renewal, is a combination of spa treatments, Dinner Theater, and group discussion.  Talking Drums is a summer youth intensive that teaches young people the art of using performance as a healing tool.  Finally, Nubian Queens Society a teen club that teaches young girls about entreprenuership, culture, and the finer things in life.

 Eventually, Nzinga started to dream bigger and decided she wanted to produce not only theater, but music and film.  That's when she came up with the Healing Circle Entertainment Group.  A production company that would produce works close to her heart.  Works that inspire!

Feature Films

We produce films that inspire cultural, social, and self awareness.

Community Service
